2026 — the Year of the Horse.

In this episode, I had the good fortune of sitting down with Stephanie De Lander (@stephdelander). Steph is a professional wrestler on the world circuit — an absolute weapon and an even better human.

We cover a lot of ground, but Steph’s story is a standout: originally from the Northern Beaches of Sydney she's chased her dreams to the US, and finally getting signed by WWE and TNA, and fully embracing the wild ride that comes with it.

I love talking to people who follow the white rabbit of intuition —  throw caution to the wind and let the chips lay where they may (to rip a quote from True Romance). Steph embodies that energy.

She’s an absolute legend, and I was stoked she agreed to come on for a chat — a two-for-one deal made even better by the fact she’s recently married to Mance Warner, “The Southern Psycho”, @mance_warner who’ll be dropping his own episode on The Horse’s Mouth in the near future.
